Without losing the typicality of Verdejo, Mencalizwhite stands out for its nuances of white fruit, grass and toasted aromas.

In the mouth

Apple and peach, with light hints of citrus peel. The acidity of Mencáliz Verdejo is refreshing, highlighting its creaminess imparted by the oak.

How to enjoy it

Due to its structure, MencalizVerdejo is a wine that begs to be paired with a good dish. Paired with rice dishes, grilled fish and pasta with creamy sauces, we'll enjoy its complexity.
